Being a video agency we require a soft approach to sales which requires senior staff who are not overtly sales like. This trait is the perfect fit in a face to face meeting but not when it comes to cold calling and booking meetings. This led to an inconsistent meetings and hence sales pipeline So with no additional head counted we sort a solution to maintain our sales pipeline and maximise productivity of our video production and live streaming resources.
